Rabah is a Hebrew word which means "be or become great." Our goal is to make our clients become great implementor of projects, and establish meaningful relationships to the different stakeholders of projects and products.

Founded by a group of highly trained communication experts, Rabah Consulting envisions itself as the country’s lead stakeholder relations company. Our skills and services range from the planning to the rolling out of stakeholder engagement activities pegged at various communication activities and transformation to digital platforms. 

Our mission is to normalize scientific and well-documented stakeholder engagement methods and emphasize its importance in all development and infrastructure projects.

Andrea H. Trinidad
Chief Executive Officer

Andrea is an award-winning communication expert with over 25 years of experience in journalism, international development, public relations, lobbying, stakeholder relations, and advocacy work. She led successful PR campaigns for multinational clients like Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Nielsen, Kantar Media, Converse, to name a few. Some campaigns she led for Unilever won global awards and the relaunch of Converse in the Philippines was globally recognized as a best practice. She has been a consultant of international development agencies like USAID, UNICEF, WHO, Asian Development Bank, World Bank and Australian Aid. Rabah’s sister company Yovel East, where Andrea serves as Vice President for Communications, works with the Department of Agriculture in developing the agriculture sector with the use of Israel technology.


James P. Amparo

James is a social entrepreneur who has been focusing on developing technologies to improve the Philippine agriculture sector. He is the founder of Yovel East Research and Development Corporation, sister company of Rabah Consulting. Yovel is behind the agri-technological advances like micronized nutrients for plants and animals, coconut climbing machine, ozone generator technology and many more. He brings in to the Rabah Consulting team his business acumen and strategic management expertise. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, James was a film director and worked with top leaders in the film industry.


Grace Manansala
Chief Finance Officer

Grace is a financial expert with over 20 years experience predominantly in consumer products and the power industry. She has been chief finance officer of leading brands for the past five years. Her career started in 1998 as a customary accountant for several companies and evolved into importation, government regulations and taxation. Grace has extensive experience in setting up new business and oversees Rabah Consulting’s investor relations and business processes services.

Gary Libby
Chief Technology Officer

Gary joined Rabah Consulting this year after retiring from Inquirer Publications Inc. as Chief Operations Officer.  He is concurrent President of IDO Solutions, another sister company of Rabah Consulting. IDO Solutions is a digital technology company that provides GPS and wifi connection services at the grassroots level. Gary served the Inquirer Group, one of leading media conglomerates in the Philippines, for over 26 years. He was responsible for the digital transformation of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, the biggest newspaper in the country in the early 1990s, which made it a pioneer in switching from a purely traditional newspaper to a multi-platform media outfit. It is the first newspaper with the capability to print in multiple locations. Under Gary’s management, Inquirer.Net grew to a base of 30-million per month.


Marvin Estigoy

Chief marketing officer

Marvin is a seasoned professional in Marketing and Advertising Sales from major broadsheets — both national daily and business newspapers. Prior to joining Rabah Consulting, he was the VP for Advertising of the largest business newspaper in the Philippines, BusinessMirror. He also helped prop-up sales and marketing for the ALC media group wherein he conceptualized and successfully launched the first business tabloid in the Philippines –PILIPINO Mirror. He currently serves as consultant of the ALC radio network which includes DWIZ-AM and HomeRadio, one of the leading stations in the country. Under the ALC Media Group: BusinessMirror, BM Health&Fitness, PhilippinesGraphic, Cook, PILIPINO Mirror, DWIZ and HomeRadio. Marvin was a Board Member of United Print Media Group (UPMG) and a volunteer panelist of Ad Standard Council (ASC).


ELLA KRISTINA Domingo CORONEL
director for Knowledge Management and Research

Ella Kristina or Kaye started the research journey as a research assistant for various government projects. Trained in Sociology and Communication Research, Kaye then pivoted her way to knowledge management with combined competencies of research, communication, and information technology. She used to run a small web development and marketing firm with local and international clients, and taught college level Communication and Social Sciences in various universities and colleges in Metro Manila and CALABARZON. Established herself as a freelance communication research consultant, Kaye had various projects as a communication researcher and web specialist from the scientific research organizations such as International Rice Research Institute, University of the Philippines, Asia Pacific Islands Rural Advisory Services Network, and the SABRAO Journal for Breeding and Genetics.  She  is also a consultant to the Asian Development Bank as a knowledge management specialist. Kaye's main expertise are establishing and executing newly formed knowledge management operations, and packaging communication strategies from plans, implementation and monitoring using research methodologies and analytics.

Adela Sta. Cruz-Espina
Director for projects & Technical Communications

Adela “Deedee” Sta. Cruz-Espina has extensive experience in project management, having handled different projects both for government and non-government institutions. Deedee has more than 15 years’ experience in communication work that include technical writing and editing, writing for media, developing information, education, and communication materials; editorial management for magazines, books, and other publications. Her last stint with media was as online editor of philstar.com, when the web version of the newspaper was still in its infancy, like most other broadsheets at that time. She has more than 12 years’ experience combined in training design and delivery, online training management, leading and facilitating planning, workshops, roundtable discussions, training in areas that include project management, strategic planning, communication planning, technical communication.
